It was a video process, very straightforward with a couple of questions to answer. Just found it a little hard at least for me because questions can be different to what you research before hand

Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!

Hypotheticals about customer situations and how you would approach it.
The interview was a group interview. I was then sent an email later that day including the job offer. After that, I got a phone call to set up an orientation date.
It's a group interview with about 5-6 people and you go one by one answering questions. You get amrked 1-5 based on your answer. the answers are easy questions nothing too hard
