Interview
initial online interview with prerecorded questions and 2 min time limit for each question took about 20mins. need a working camera and mic for laptop or phone can be used aswell
At Hollister, I had to do a short video interview where they asked me 8 questions, mostly about customer service situations, teamwork, and my availability. It wasn’t too formal, and I only had a short time to prepare before recording my answers. Overall, it felt like they just wanted to see my personality, how I’d fit in with the team, and whether I understood the brand’s style and vibe.
