It was an online interview where you submit videos for the interviewer to go over later. It would give me a 30 second countdown before it would start recording after the question was shown, but I would swipe out of it to prepare and the go back and it would still be on the countdown sooo

(not the exact words) What trend of clothes do you like most and how would you pitch it to customers?
Group interview, in the mall, with other people, all together. A few managers asking questions of the group all together. It was not difficult at all really. It was quick and easy.
It’s usually pretty chill.
Most interviews happen in the store and are done in small groups with other people applying for the job. It’s not super formal—more like a casual chat. Sometimes it’s just you and the manager, especially if you’re applying for a higher position. They also sometimes do video interviews online.
