Chilled interview, and just look like one of the hollister employee(google their current AAA and look policy), dress navy white or grey. Answer the questions like high school girls/jock guys......They hire a lot of seasonals so apply that time and you'll mostly get in.
Don't worry if they don't call you the first time, I got the job after interviewing three times lol.
