Interview
Firstly, many people are waiting outside the store for a manager to come and get us.
Then we go through the stock and in another room. We were about 20 people. All of us had a picture taken of us. Then we had to complete 2 documents.
After the interview started.

- How is Hollister Co different from other brands?
- Which position are you applying for and why would you be good at it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Tukwila, WA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I was returning a pair of shorts and the assistant manager asked me if I was looking for a part time job and was interested in working there. I was given the password required to access the application and ended up applying on the spot. Interview date was a week after.
It was a group interview with two other people (I think I got lucky). The store manager was interviewing us and basically she would ask a question and going around the group get each one of our answers. For example, 'What concept is Hollister going for?' (something along those lines)
After the interview she said she'd call within a week to tell us if we got the job.

Question 1
Explain the importance of diversity within the workplace
For the interview process, they ask you to come in on a certain day. The interview is a group interview and the interviewer essentially asks a question and everyone in the group answers the question. It's very basic. Wear hollister clothes and be very outgoing in the interview. They contacted me that week for a job offer.
