Interview
They lined around seven of us up outide the store, and one by one asked us the same question which became a little redundant, i.e Why do you want to work at Hollister? and What would you consider your style to be?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co.
Interview
I did the online application and scheduled an interview time. I showed up and checkedin at the register. I waiting in the little seating area they have in front of the register for about 5-10 minutes until the manager was ready. The manager, the 2 other applicants, and I went out into the mall to answer questions. He read us some standard stuffabout the job and asked us to introduce ourselves. He asked if we enjoyed spending time with people or being alone, what we are good at, and something silly about ourselves. You just take turns with the other applicants answering questions. Its all very relaxed.

Question 1
Something silly about yourself...wasn't expecting that
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hollister Co.
Interview
Group interview, fairly easy questions about yourself and the brand. Doesn't matter if you have no experience, literally don't look at your CV, to be honest just look at your photo. They take a photo after the interview, smile and lot, minimal make up, natural etc.
As impact it seems silly you have to look good, but anyway you do feel a bit second rate. I have now worked in three stores, all different experiences, but staff tend to get zero training so there is a lot of frustration which leads to pressure. Either way, great place to meet people.
