Interview
Walked in to store looking for a first job. The application was pretty simple, interview was group. There were questions like strengths and weaknesses but they really really care about diversity, so they ask about whte that means to you. Probably the most challenging question was describing a time you were proud of yourself.

Interview
You walk in the store and apply at the little kiosk they have on the side of the cash wrap. You get to pick your own interview date and time (they have them tuesdays and fridays at 4:00). It's always a group interview and they really look for people who stand out in a group. They love outgoing people who are energetic and smile a lot. They got sued for diversity a couple of years ago so now they always ask about diversity in the interviews and how it's important in the workplace. You don't have to dress business casual for the interview, you literally dress wearing flip flops and whatever the models are currently wearing at the moment. Super casual.
