Hollister Co. interview questions

Not too difficult.

Two recruiters were looking to hire part-time Floor Models in my university, and I got invited to attend one of the interviews. Hollister holds two interviews per week with 5-6 people to 1 interviewer. It takes around 30 minutes. It's rather informal, the interviewer goes around the group asking 5-6 questions, starting with different people each time for fairness. Some of the questions include: "What does the Hollister brand mean to you?", "What do you in your spare time?", and "Is diversity in a workplace important to you?" They tell you to dress in the Hollister style for the interview, but in my opinion, it doesn't really matter. As long as you look fashionable, you'll probably get hired. For girls, they ask for minimal make-up.
