Interview
Interview consisted of a few diversity questions. Also, what would success consist of? People appear snooty at first but once you get to know them their cool. Managers can be unorganized at times but are more friendly than the workers. They do play favorites. The work isnt hard but they do tend to punish the harder workers by having them do the harder jobs. Of course, in return, you get the most hours in most situations.

Interview
Many questions about who you are. They ask questions about your past work experience, your skills, and your values. They really want to get to know who you are. Interviews are group like and held either weekly or bi-weekly and split between models and impacters. Advice is to be in the middle of the group so that you have time to think about your answers
