Interview
The online video interview was very unpolished and the site repeatedly spammed my inbox even after I had completed the interview. They never got back to me afterwards either which I thought was incredibly disrespectful.

Interview
They interview you in groups, mine was 4 people, They ask around 5 questions, and they ask a question for everyone to answer before moving to the next one. The interviewers were very calm and nice, and they allow you to wear what you want. There is a relaxed vibe to the interview, so no need to worry about formality too much.
