I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Rosemont, IL) in Feb 2025
Interview
Phone screen with the recruiter, video meeting with key onsite business partner, three separate video meetings with members of the team from different office locations, and final interview with executive. Correspondence was very quick until it came to following final interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell in Dec 2025
Interview
Straightforward interview. My primary concern is the HR’s team rigidity in salary negotiation. Offers are made either by a formula favoring time in role rather than value creation or with respect to a predetermined budget. This control may be part of their upcoming spinoff but be prepared for the first offer to be their best and final.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
Got this interview at a career fair on campus. Two interviews with hiring manager. First interview was just screening interview, so pretty quick and basic. Reviewed resume and asked questions based on that, also gauged interests and compatibility with teams that are hiring at the company. Second round was longer, around an hour or so. This interview consisted of behavioral questions, more questions on resume, problem-solving conceptual/technical questions.
