Honeywell interview questions

The interview process was a joke. I had an initial conversation with the Director of the team followed by another round of technical conversation with the Senior Director and Lead Architect. The lead architect was super unprofessional and was not cut to take an interview, he joined the call from his car and was laughing and talking to other people. He asked questions and asked follow ups without even giving the chance or the space for me to answer. The messed up part of the interview was the fact that a "lead architect" was looking for keywords in my answers rather than treating it as a conversation and asking probing questions around my experience. It is a pathetic interview experience where the interviewer is least interested to even have a good conversation rather coming in to sabotage the round just to get on with their weekend (since the interview was on a Friday). This clearly shows the kind of toxic work culture that Honeywell would have. It is better to not consider this company even for interviewing, working there is a far shot.
