Interview
Honeywell has a good set of metrics to measure the caliber of a candidate. Technical interview will be very tough as its a product technology based company. People know their stuff in depth and cannot be convinced by shallow answers. There will be usually 2 to 3 rounds of technical interviews/discussions followed by a round of HR interview.

He asked several behavioral interview questions and described the company and his experiences. They seemed very positive and Honeywell sounded like a great place to work.
