I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Honeywell in Jan 2012
Interview
Very short phone screen by a 3rd party HR firm.
Then a phone interview with the hiring manager and finally onsite. The onsite was strange.
The hiring manager took me to lunch and we talked a bit about my background then he dropped off to 2 other interviews, both of which asked very little about the job. Most of the discussion from the last interviewer was about behavioral questions. Note: either the hiring manager is very new and/or the company does a poor job of prepping people to interview. He asked questions that were very much on the border of acceptable: do you have kids, will you be selling your current house, how's your wife like the area, etc...
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Honeywell (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2012
Interview
I spoke to a recruiter a couple times and the person I would have been working with for about and hour and then the person I would be replacing. We spoke about moving to Seattle, what I would be doing for the company, and if I could handle customer service for many different types of people. Everyone was very nice.

Question 1
There weren't any out of the ordinary questions. The one that got me was, "Why should we hire you?" It was just so blunt.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Morristown, NJ) in Jan 2010
Interview
Interviewed with 10 people over the course of several months from various professions. Really liked everyone I met and would have stood on my head for my future boss. The final interview was with the company attorney, CFO and HR VP none of whom I would report to. Failed that one apparently and could find out why.
