Hopper hiring process is comparable to meeting that influencer girl you match on Tinder. First of all, they fake their location by opening position in area that they don't have any office presence. If you are lucky (or unlucky) enough, you'll get to meet and talk with them. They'll talk about how well the company is doing even during the pandemic and you nodded through the meeting. After the first or second date, you never hear from them again. This is what they probably say about you to their friends: "Listen, I met this guy online. Good looking, skillful, exotic background, good sense of humor.. but for the love of god, he doesn't listen to Kanye. That's very offensive. Who doesn't like Kanye. Bye talk to you never!" You're confused why you're ghosted but soon you realize that it's probably a good thing.

I had a phone non technical interview. I felt cold at the beginning. The interviewer showed no interest at all. He asked me about my working experience. And 2 minutes later, he asked if I had any questions for him. And he even didn't bother to introduce himself. If you don't like my resume, please save the time for both of us.
