I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hopper in Oct 2021
Interview
After three days of research I found this was a scam. This woman posing as a recruiter for Hopper texted me and said Hopper has reviewed my resume via Indeed and selected me as a candidate to fill a Cust Serv / Admin / Data entry / HR role for $35 hr. asked if I was interested to download whatsapp or Skype. I already have Skype so out of curiosity I waned to get more insight and see what the next steps were in this process. I mean, who wouldnt want to for $35 an hour. I should've realized the pay rate listed was a red flag. Next I was in touch with someone else posing as a hiring Manager . One thing that really stood out was they both used the word "KINDLY" alot e.g. kindly respond to these questions I ask quickly okay? , kindly check your message for info on our company. etc. They also mentioned the interview was solely through IM (super red flag) he/she asked bizarre questions. I am infuriated they took 3 hours of my life. I sent the guy a message on Skype and told him I would be reporting him and the recruiter as sham job postings. I really hope someone stops them. They even make hopper logos for IMs next to their fake name.

I interviewed at Hopper
Interview
It was ok. Pretty standard interview. Got back to me quickly with the job offer. Had a phone screening, then a digital interview and lastly a final phone interview. Highly recommend
I applied online. I interviewed at Hopper (Jackson, MS) in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview process was very easy and quick. It was via live chat on Microsoft Teams , straight and to the point. So easy, it almost seems too good to be true. Can’t wait to see how it goes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were very general and basic. The most difficult question was probably what your accomplishments have been at previous jobs.
There were 3 stages of interviews. 1 over the phone, two in person one after the other, then a final phone call with the offer.
Everyone was friendly though the one after the other interviews were a bit intense for the role I was applying for. I do believe they have simplified it since.
