It was a very clear and transparent process. The interviewer was chill and curious about my projects, and asked thoughtful questions. It shows a lot about their culture. 1. Phone Screen 2. Take-Home (2 weeks) About 2 more rounds after. Although I didn't pass the take-home challenge, I received detailed feedback from my interviewer, which I really appreciate. I really learned a lot from the take-home challenge since it was about NLP which I have no experience with, but it was a great process overall.
