Hopper Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very straightforward, interviewer was professional but I think it is an out sourcing agency that does the interview for Hopper itself. Good pay, good benefits but I heard from other people that Hopper is continually doing lay offs.

It was ok. Pretty standard interview. Got back to me quickly with the job offer. Had a phone screening, then a digital interview and lastly a final phone interview. Highly recommend
