One thing I did not get is how does Hopper expect to hire people with relevant experience if they do not invest in people. I have worked on the sales of travel tickets for four years, and well, it is a shame that Hopper is not willing to bring in non-experienced employees and train them. Not only would you get loyal employees but employees that fit their needs without old habits.
