First, I made them a video because it would help me "jump the line" to get to the next interview stage. Second, there was a short assignment based on how the company would respond to certain issues. Third, I did an online chat pretending to be a Customer Support Specialist. I thought it went really well- both my "customers" left happy and I wouldn't have changed any of my responses or answers. Shortly after I received an email saying they were not moving forward with my application. Seemed very strange and the process took about 4 weeks from when I sent in the video, so it was annoying and a waste of time. They never gave me feedback after I asked. Overall, poor communication on their end and I was annoyed at the process.
