I will listen to the customer first and be empathetic towards her I will try to summarise her problem and give her best possible solution in positive and polite way.

customers are EXTREMELY important to businesses and i am firm believer in the customer comes first. I've learned to take things personally and this really helps when it comes to diffusing the situation I always try to really understand the customers complaint and do my best to soive the issue. If they are really upset I would then get the manager: Sometimes they just want to talk to a manager. to know that their complaints are being heard.
