The face to face interview more about your past experience and why you left your pervious job. They are very interested in your personality to decide you are right candidate for this position.

overall good, but the situation was quite tense because it was interviewed by 3 people, and one of them was Chinese. the questions consisted of technical questions to personality questions. the interview lasted approximately an hour

Brief phone screen in Mandarin, face to face interview with team leader. Process took a few weeks.
Not sure how it would turn out if I didn't know Mandarin as that seems to be the main language used in the culture of the company. Questions were more focused on what you did rather than behavioral.
Really focused on what visa/citizenship status I was in.
Face to face was less positive, I felt I was judged the moment they realised I studied a different field even though I have relevant experience. Mentioned how they are not going to invest so much money on training someone if they will end up doing engineering (which shows they don't expect you to move up or progress).
Overall impression of the company is rather professional, but there was a certain feeling of separation between Chinese and English speaking employees.
