Usually the senior management is from China. They will prefer to Conduct in bilingual. It will be good if you can speak and write in mandarin.
The whole recruitment process was very long. Due to internal issue and long process of approval, it took one month to inform the candidate from last interview to letter of offer.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked many detailed questions related to accounting, which showed they take the role seriously.
The process was quite thorough and may feel intense, especially for candidates without a strong foundation in accounting fundamentals.

Group interview of 15 candidates with three interviewers, a case study showing tech and leadership characteristics etc; then one to one interview about 2-3 weeks later. The process was fine, nothing special. Interviewers all very nice.
