3 steps. first step was a technical interview, second interview was with HR, and third interview was with the director. It covered technical, HR and general questions about my point of view on the future, company and where I see myself in the future. The whole process took about 1 month and I received an offer within that period.

2 stage telephone interview, first stage was technical and second was general HR. People who need work permit in Germany might experience difficulties. Good tip is to contact regional Job Center office to apply for work permit and ease the process.
