Very terrible experience at Huawei interview. they told me that pass the group interview, but when I was waiting for the second round interview, I was told that I did not pass the group interview. I am Very confused and embarrassed.

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.
