3 rounds interviews, with HR manager , business manager and director. 1st round was video interview with HR manage who is a charming lady. asked questions about my experience, background . also checked if I can work for extra hours which I am okay with it.

It was kind a weird process. They don’t make interwievs theirselves. A Consulting Firm doing that. Manager asked me some questions for understand my English level but he asked questions in Turkish?? And he said your salary expectation is too much for this position openly

Process was quick however not very fair. They did 3 rounds of virtual interview asking me to be available within 24 hrs notice but never bothered to share final results or even feedback.

The interview for huawei recruiter interview about 3 times in total: tech interview for 1 hour; director interview for 1 hour; HR interview about half an hour. everything going very smooth.
