After the online application, I was invited to an intense interview event with three rounds of interviews in one afternoon. The first round is group debate. The second is on your professional knowledge regardless of your background. The last round is a relaxing conversation with the regional CFO.

Went to interview for 3 times, overall is a good. Interviewer is okay except the CFO is not so friendly, maybe is my wrong feeling. Just ask you some behavioral questions and whether willing to work overtime.
