The interview process consisted of three stages. 1. Phone Interview with HR - simple questions about my background and previous organization commitments/leadership roles 2. Face to Face Interview with Deputy HR Director - more of a conversation; asked about motivations as to why I wanted to work in HR and Huawei 3. Face to Face Interview with HR Director - Asked questions about previous leadership experiences, academic subjects
