Das erste Interview war per Telefon. Ich bekam abends um 20:30 einen Anruf, ohne dass zuvor ein Termin ausgemacht worden war. Ich war etwas verwirrt, wer denn da anruft. Dann lud man mich zu einem 3,5-stündigen persönlichen Gespräch nach Düsseldorf ein. Ich traf 7 Teammitglieder (weitere leitende Mitarbeiter hatten sich nicht vorgestellt). Das ist nun mehr als 3 Wochen her - sie haben sich seitdem nicht mehr gemeldet, was ich als sehr unprofessionell empfinde.

The interview process was with 2 hiring managers from China. However due to language barrier, you either need to speek fluently or speak slowly for them to understand and catch your keyword. Try to explain more or ask them a lot of question for you to answer back.
