Interview
Firstly joined a group test about java, software development process and language. After passing the exam I had three interviews with human resources, solution manager and finally lead manager of Turkey office. All this process took 5 days to finish yet i was living in an other town about 500 kms away from Istanbul and after each interview, it is only told me that i will be called so I spend too much money on travelling and staying in hotels as an unemployed person. Sorry although I started to work for Huawei, that process was a complete fail.

Interview
There was a phone call with HR and then an online technical interview. These were multiple choice questions and 2 algorithm java coding questions. Later, I was contacted by phone and told that there would be another technical interview with the technical team.

It was funny that different HR have called me 3 times and just asked a few very simple questions . Then no answer every single time.
Maybe HR calling for you just for finishing their KPI but not for real interview .
