I applied online. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Paris) in Jan 2020
Interview
I responded to a job posting and got contacted by HR team member about a week after. Then the process was pretty quick, first phone screening with HR, then onsite interview with a VP sales, another colleague, and HR. Final interview was with the Head of the country. This one little tough (under the pressure), but he took the decision very quickly. Finally I met with another person from HR to go over formal details and check my French (which was required for the position).
The offer proposal was the longest step. It took about a month from the positive interview feedback and official job offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't remember exact questions anymore, but at some point I was challenged that company's culture and environment might be difficult for a woman and had to show that I'm strong enough for that.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Singapur) in Sep 2024
Interview
It’s good if you can speak chinese. It helps to build rapport with the interviewers. But prepared to speak chinese throughout the session once you start. They may not ask technical questions necessarily. Usually two rounds. HR is involved typically.
The application process takes a thousand years to complete, and the interviewers, especially in Thailand, are not very friendly. Which is not really good experience. I would not really recommend this company.
