Interview
it is divided into 3 times, the last time is quite difficult. normally the hiring manager, a Engineer and a leader are coming for the interview, all of them Chinese. the most of questions are regarding to technical questions and overtime working.
Whole process lasted 3 weeks, I had 3 interviews, one with 4 different people. One HR manager , two technical people and the supervisor. In general experience is very good. Smooth discussion with HR manager, the technical questions were concrete and specific about the position I applied for.

Interview
IT was a four steps interview. The first one with the team leader assessing my technical skills. The second one was with the Service Manager, which was less technical, asking more about my general past experience. The third interview was again with the Service Manager and Sales Manager which was more like the previous one and the final was with HR.
