Questions are mostly focused on the candidate's former experience. Feeling respectful and kind during the interview. Have questions on stress management.
Group interview is somehow like a case study.
The second interview is mostly based on former experiences, in a relatively patterned way.
The last interview is mostly about the specific conditions on working site.
Haven't received the offer call, have passed through the interviews.

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.

They asked me about my "greatest weakness," but it felt more like a filler question. It didn’t really seem relevant to the role or give any insight into my skills.
