Interview
First was technical interview made by five engineers about Transmission and mobile communication
I was asked about 2G, 3G and Transmission (frequency, process)
It last for about twenty minutes
Second was HR interview made by HR
It last for about twelve minutes

Three interviews , HR interview, Technical interview, Overall interview each has it's own quality of questioning and I think it was a good idea to do it , be ready for all information in your resume
It was thorough and more practical. I was asked to talk about the various XPIC configuration that I know of in microwave configuration. luckily I have had a prior hand-on experience on the field so it was easy for me to bring my field experience on board
