Huawei Technologies Project Delivery Analyst interview questions

Very unprofessional interview, basic questions about yourself, no questions about experience just if you know what Huawei is doing and the bigger picture. They care more about your personality than your actual skills for the job. This job requires a lot of working in Microsoft excel but they did not ask me if I have any skills in Microsoft excel or to test it in a quick technical interview. The interview was just around 30 minutes long.
