Huawei Technologies Project Manager interview questions

The hiring process was fairly straightforward, just as you'd expect from such a large company. I was scouted by an existing employee for a position that was shortly followed up with by an interview at the Reading office. The interview process was fairly informal, taking place over coffee. The questions asked varied greatly from high level industry experience down to the nitty gritty of how various designs are used in indusry today. Lots of questions regarding the industry, opinions of Huawei and their current competition. In particular, where I saw the industry going in the next few years.
