Huawei Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

There are 3 steps. One for HR, one for technical interview and one for price negotiation. I have passed each step and refused the offer. Your payroll is made with another company and you are not a Huawei worker when you start. They say you will be a Huawei payrolled engineer in a year.
