Huawei Technologies Solution Manager interview questions

I went through 3 levels of interviews. The first was an I with the managers of the department I was applying to. The 2nd was a presentation session and 3rd was with the human resource manager.

3 rounds interview process. 1st step technical interview, they bring own guy to ask about IP and other for IT questions. 2nd step Personality and communication skill interview; current solution responsible ask some question about how to create and manage a project opportunity. After this steps was final interview to check the salary and other benefits.
