I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IAEA (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview consisted of 11 main questions asked by a panel of 4 people. Prior to the interview, I got required to ask my current employer for the permission to use my company's videoconference studio because the IAEA cannot use Skype. My current employer agreed that I did so. I had prepared the interview a lot but got the impression that the interview itself was conducted because it had to be, and that they already had somebody in mind. I've never got noticed about the outcome of the interview, neither when I sent a friendly email one month later...
It wasn't worth putting myself in such a delicate situation with my current employer nor the time and energy I spent preparing for the interview, really!
