Application consisted of a few short essay questions. The first round interview was an online assessment (i.e. video-taped interview), and the second/final round was a panel. Panel questions were standard, with a focus on knowledge about the donor and resourc-mobilization landsape in the sector. There were also a few competency-based questions.

Did video remote interview with anticipated supervisors and team panel. Discussed different departments and projects the agency impacts around the world and how many member states support. Pretty casual overall.
