IBM Senior System Engineer interview questions

The interview was very technical. The lady asked me very specific technical questions. Most of the times she asked me to write the syntax which I thought was absurd. Also she did not ask me any logical or conceptual questions. With 5 years of work experience with a software giant, you don't expect this kind of childish interview with questions on syntax.
