IBM Software Developer interview questions

Application Review: Screening of resume and cover letter. Initial HR Interview: Basic screening call to discuss background, experience, and fit. Technical Phone Interview: Questions on programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills. Coding Challenge: A timed coding test to assess coding ability and logical thinking. On-site Interviews: Multiple rounds with team members focusing on technical skills, cultural fit, and behavioral questions. Final HR Round: Discussion about salary, benefits, and role expectations. Offer and Onboarding: If successful, an offer is extended followed by an onboarding process.

HR round interview only happened after coding round and aptitude. It was conducted via WebEx after the coding and aptitude round. The aptitude round involves playing puzzles and English test. They also ask about what projects you worked on.
