For me at least, it was the initial recruiter conversation over the phone, then a coding interview remotely, then an in person interview via zoom with what I assume was either the same recruiter or another recruiter, but it was definitely with someone who didn't know what the actual workload entailed.

All of the interview questions revolved around whether or not I had x years of experience in Y technology, algritom utilization, and why I left my previous employ.

HR called for details after viewing my profile on naukri.
Same HR called after 10 days after profile shortlisting to schedule interview.
There were 2 technical round scheduled and a Managerial round including a salary discussion all in a span of 10 days.
I have received the offer letter after a week of completion of interviews process.
The same HR will be in contact with through the whole process

self reading in c and Linux
Linux concepts like IPC, Virtual memory management, threads, sensibles and mutex, demand paging, fork and threads creation in detail
C question like deleting a nice in linked list, reversing a node in linked list, memory leaks, storage classes, precompilation, structure padding and packing
Also gave some programs to write and to find output of few programs given

Interview
It was straightforward, a mix of both behavioral and a technical question. There was on HR round in the first round. I spoke a bit about my previous experiences and answered a coding question in the last round.
