IBM Software Developer interview questions

This was for a Software Developer position on the z/OS team. After I applied, a recruiter reached out to ask me about location and salary requirements. Then the hiring manager scheduled a one-hour video call interview with two technical leads. The interview was very informal. I was asked about my background as well as some general technical questions (no coding) and behavioral questions. Everyone was very easy to talk to and helpful in answering my questions.

0-1 Years’ experience in any software technologies, practice and processes. Passion to learn & explore new and emerging technologies like. (Bigdata, NoSQL, Mobile, Social, Cloud, Analytics’ etc.,) Passion to research/analyses and solve complex problems in software technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Innovate and transform complex topics/explanations to simple to follow methods/models. Engage with broad technical audience & Help them solve their code/theoretical problems. Solve Technical queries asked by the Learners
