There are several rounds involved most of which are very easy and all depends on ur presenting skills and personality. The last round is a tech round but they will only ask questions based on ur experience and things u have mentioned in ur resume.
I applied online. I interviewed at IBM in May 2021
Interview
This was for a Software Developer position on the z/OS team. After I applied, a recruiter reached out to ask me about location and salary requirements. Then the hiring manager scheduled a one-hour video call interview with two technical leads. The interview was very informal. I was asked about my background as well as some general technical questions (no coding) and behavioral questions. Everyone was very easy to talk to and helpful in answering my questions.
