IBM Software Developer interview questions

Single round of interview consisting of HR and Technical. First there was coding test along with some "games" that were needed to be played. Then shortlisted candidates were called for an interview. In the interview, questions were asked regarding the coding round, projects and hr related stuff.

Here are the steps by IBM to those who'll apply: 1. Java/SQL/HTML Exam 2. Group Interview 3. Cognitive Assessment Exam 4. F2F Interview with SME 5. Job Offer On the first day, you'll probably be asked to wait for HR to prepare the exam regarding JAVA, this exam will be held on another floor and you'll be taking this exam with other applicants. You must have 50% correct answers to proceed to the next step. Group interview, there will be an SME that will be leading this. Make sure to have yourself talk. Assessment Exam, typical logic exam.
