IBM Software Developer interview questions

Interview was fully technical, there were 2 rounds of interview for me, first was on basics of java and the second was on EJB, JSP, Servlets. I was told about the results the same day. I was asked to submit all the documents the very next day and was paid a bonus on joining early.

the interview process took around a month. First round was to complete coding challenge task. The second was phone interview and if you successfully pass them both then you will be invited to in office interview.
