IBM Software Developer interview questions

Interview was good. It was 3 round . 2 Technical and then managerial round. 1st Technical round they asked basic C++ and oops concepts. 2nd Technical round they asked advanced C++ questions. In Managerial round they asked about the process and basic questions.

They give you a code assesment then sceduall you for a phone intervew, the code assessment was 2 questions that were both fairly easy so getting them correct does not nessissarily mean you will get an intervew but if you dont compleate it you most likly will not.
