IBM Advisory Software Engineer interview questions

Interviews are normally very formal. Interview panels with in IBM are technically very strong. I have been working with IBM for 12 years so can't speak much about current interview process.

Hiring process is organized through recruitment agency - this was 1st interview, second interview was with head of dept. and teamleader - basically asked questions about previous experience, language test (english) and some questions regarding programming experience, company loyalty questions (like why us not competitor?)
