Interview was exciting and had brilliant questions. Nice experience. They check technical and functional capabilities. First level was IQ test over email. Set of games. It was fun. But these scores matter throughout the interview process and your journey through IBM. Second level was phone interview. Technical round. 10+ questions on scenarios & solutions. Third level was HR . No questions, only discussion on package and other queries. Overall - Good knowledge is required to crack the interview questions. And attitude & personality also plays a part.
