IBM Applications Developer interview questions

I was asked specific questions about my experience and about situations where I resolved a problem. The questions were not difficult or challenging; they were more interested in my personality than skills

Applied online. Was contacted by hr to schedule the interview the next day. You need to wait outside the building till some hr comes out and take you inside. I was trying to reach the hr multiple times on the phone. She was not reachable for almost an hour. Just when I wanted to give up, she receives the call and tells me to wait there so that another hr can come out and pick me up. It took 20 more min for the other person to come and escort me to the office. Once I reached there, they hand me a laptop to take an online multiple choice questions test without a time limit. This needed a code, which again took 10 min. This was a very irrelevant and not well-built list of questions. Please do not waste the valuable time of candidate. You could have asked them to take an online test from a remote location instead of an onsite interview.
